Quality Policy

The management team and staff of AIEP are totally committed to the principles of ISO 9001:2015 and to the ideals and values of the company. As such subscribe to the principles of business excellence and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System.

We will do this through the following:

  • Ensuring the policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation and supports its strategic direction
  • We commit to deliver on our commitment to providing a quality service in “The provision of services to the telecommunications industry including Network Design, Network Operations, Project management and Implementation.”        
  • We will ensure that all applicable requirements of our customers are met in full, and by endeavouring to enhance the overall service to customers to ensure that they are fully satisfied with the results
  • We will ensure that our entire staff is given sufficient training and development support to provide for fully competent staff/teams
  • We will work closely with our customers, suppliers and sub-consultants to develop and maintain good relationships
  • We are committed to being an efficient and profitable organisation by following good work practices in all areas of its operation and committing to continual improvement of the Quality Management System
  • We provide a framework for establishing quality objectives based on our Quality Policy for the on-going development of the company and our customers. These objectives will be regularly reviewed and measured by senior management


This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability. Copies of the Quality Policy are made available to all members of staff.
